Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or your purchase is damaged upon delivery, we’re here to help. 

Returns

You have 14 days to return any product that is damaged from the day you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition to which you received it, it must also be contained in the original packaging.

As we do not produce any of the items/products we sell any warranties offered at with the suppliers/producers who we purchase from we will work with any customers wanting to exercise their warranty terms.

You will need to contact us with a proof of purchase or a receipt. (Please make note of your order number when you get in contact).

All returns are down to staff discretion.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. 

If your return is approved, we will refund your payment via the same method in which you originally purchased the product. Please be mindful that the remuneration to your account may take up to 7-working days following approval.

Damaged Items

Inspect all your items upon delivery, should any items be missing or faulty please contact us with photographic evidence. We will then be in touch to resolve any issues either by replacing the faulty/missing goods or via a refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs when returning you item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
